Do NOT wait for your provider to call you; take the lead. Initial consults typically last 10-20 minutes. Before the start of your video medical consult:

• Test the technology beforehand.

• Steady the camera by placing your device on a flat surface or propping up your phone/tablet on a desk.

• Position yourself in the middle of the screen with the camera at eye level.

• Close unnecessary applications to enhance your internet connection and minimize distractions.

• Stay focused; avoid eating, drinking, or multitasking during the appointment.

• Dress appropriately as you would for an in-person visit.

Your Initial QuestRx Consultation is only $49. Following this initial consultation, the Medication Management Fee, if prescribed, consists of recurring charges every 28 days that includes everything you will need: the Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or Tesofensine medication, blood work & lab results, supplies, shipping, access to our Care Team, and free follow-up visits with our providers. You receive all of this for only $299/$499/month, depending on the program prescribed and selected.
